  • Verified and insured professionals: All participating contractors:
    • Carry at least $1,000,000 in general liability insurance (aggregate)
    • Maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance, when applicable
    • Hold a current Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration (PAHIC#)
